Trinity offers weekly yoga classes each Tuesday at noon in Craig Hall

  • Everyone is welcome!
  • Donations are appreciated and directed to Trinity’s Helping Hands mission.
  • Participants are encouraged to cultivate an awareness of and appreciation for his/her own body and it’s response.  Increased flexibility, strength and sense of well-being are frequent results.  The only requirements are a yoga mat and open mind (and we do have a couple extra yoga mats).
  • Class is conducted by Jeanette Trusty, a YMCA & AFFA certified fitness and yoga instructor.
  • Cancellations sometimes occur, but can be checked on web site or by calling church office.
