Trinity offers weekly yoga classes each Tuesday at noon in Craig Hall
Everyone is welcome!
Donations are appreciated and directed to Trinity’s Helping Hands mission.
Participants are encouraged to cultivate an awareness of and appreciation for his/her own body and it’s response. Increased flexibility, strength and sense of well-being are frequent results. The only requirements are a yoga mat and open mind (and we do have a couple extra yoga mats).
Class is conducted by Jeanette Trusty, a YMCA & AFFA certified fitness and yoga instructor.
Cancellations sometimes occur, but can be checked on web site or by calling church office.
